Irish Activity Holidays acts only as an agent for chosen transport
suppliers, accommodations and golf clubs and other activities
and as such accepts no responsibility for:
- any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused
by reason of any defect. Negligence, or other wrongful act or
omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by; any
other transportation company; vendor or supplier:
- any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or similar
- any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of
accommodations, terminations of service, or change in fares or
- any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets
beyond the control of Irish Activity Holidays:
Irish Activity Holidays does not accept the responsibility for
losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine,
sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes.
Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the client.
By embarking on his/her travel, the customer agrees to these terms
Payments: For bookings
made more than 10 weeks before departure, a deposit of 20% of
the booking total is required. If the booking is made within 10
weeks of departure, full payment will be required. Payment (deposit
and full payment) can be made by cheque or credit card. Once bookings
are confirmed, they are subject to cancellation penalties or change
fees if the customer needs to cancel or change their travel arrangements.
General Cancellation Fees:
Within 10-6 weeks of departure - 20% of the package total.
Within 6-4 weeks of departure - 50% of the package total.
Within 4-2 weeks of arrival - 80% of the package total.
Within 2 weeks of arrival - 100% of the package total.
Irish Activity Holidays
cannot make refunds or exchanges for unused accommodations, services
or features of any package unless agreed upon prior to departure.
Claims or disputes should be submitted to Irish Activity Holidays
in writing no later than 28 days after the end of the holiday.
